Shipping a Van?? Empty Shipping a Van??

    Good day guys,

I was wondering if anyone has had a good experience with a transport company that they could refer..?
I'm in the process of hunting out options to ship my van from the from the North-West to Montreal, Canada and would feel better going with a company that has done it before.

I'm also looking at shipping it to Burlington,VT as an option as well..

    Thanks!

That's quite the trip and will likely be pretty expensive. Have you looked into getting it to Vancouver,B.C then shipping it by train ? If you need to truck it, Plattsburgh would be the more direct route and closer to Montreal. Good luck with this.

I have a friend (practically family) who operates a shipping company and one of his specialties is rare and exotic automobiles. I did some work with him in the past (office and hands on) and he's the real deal. Several multi-car moves for factory race teams, one of a kind customs, rare production vehicles, etc.. all over the world. There are several modes of transport available for your time frame, budget, and level of attention the vehicle requires. If you want to work with the best send me your info and I'll pass it along.

    Hey guys,
I ended up going with a shipping company based in Snowmass, CO. called "Global Freight & Logistics" that is shipping my van to Plattsburgh, NY for about $1400.
Pretty good deal from what I've found!
