you may be ok????? with that OD & 3.08 gears - yet would be best to have a ratio of-350-373 & the OD tranx - just figure a 30% drop in rpm in OD.so if ur turning 3000 rpm in high gear & go to OD=?? ull be arounf 2100 rpm with the 3.00-1 ratio-very low @ speed. Remember HP & torque are built at higher rpms.
