Take em and try em. Stock rims are 13". these are probably 15". so I'm sure they will fit around the suspension. Might need lower profile tires. Need to check that the fronts still turn stop to stop. I've seen Mustang rims on these, too.

In 2004 I believe they came with either P235/70R16 104S or P245/65R17 105S. Providing these a stock wheels, they will probably be 8" or 8.5" wide. I think your only issue would be space in the wheel well. Best to mount one in the front and get an idea if there's room with a tire on it.
The 15" Ranger wheels work really good too.
