I am liking this $15 voltmeter from WalMart to test the battery and charging system and trying to find a jumper battery that actually has a charge still in it,,,,,,,

I don't have very good luck with this jump starters, I bought one at pepboys last Xmas and even had the tire inflator which couldn't blow up a balloon the other day someone at the grocery store parking lot needed a jump and it didn't have enough juice even though it showed a full charge. A few days later I used it to jump start my riding mower and after a few turns it was dead and had to use truck and jump cables. This is probably the 3 rd one I have owned great concept but don't think i'd buy another one.
