rear seat
Not sure if we are talking about the same seat, however my 67 has a place to mount a bench seat behind the front driver and passenger seat. There are four holes in the floorboard and the seat has a tube type frame. There are supposed to be four metal brackets that are bolted through the floor and clamp over the seat tube frame.
I dont have a rear seat for mine yet but am looking. I also think the seat belt brackets mount in the same holes.

what he said.
"one hole EMT straps" from home depot in the right size would probably work if you don't have the OEM clamps.

(excuse my horrible carpet and lawnmower) That is what i have. You can see the mounts on the floor, with the C clamp type thing holding the seat. There might not be holes for seat belts. My seat belts in the back arent original, and seat belts became law in 68. I have a 67. I have seat belts in the front, but the backs are aftermarket.

Re: MOUNTING THE REAR SEAT IN '67
I have a set of the slotted plates that were removed from another van. I'll have to dig around for them, but they're here somewhere.
