Here in Mo you can just go to the DMV office and apply for a lost title for around $10 as long as you are the current owner and can prove it?

Very sure your not the first to have this happen, go to your DMV and see what you have to do to get another

First post and you are fishing for PA DMV info? Go to the PA DMV site and find out.
