Autozone shows a 3250 or a DL3250 as the replacement. It looks correct according to the image but you never know.
Oreilly is showing a Bestest starter that also looks right, pn 03-0213X. They have an Ultima line, same part number minus the x (03-0213).
The NAPA numbers twinpilot gave were for automatic, I'm sure its the same starter but the manual trans pns are; RAY 441055 for the power supreme line, RAY 2441055D for the Delco style premium line and RAY 2441055 for non-Delco style in the premium line.
Any of these should bolt right up and work like a charm for you.

Not only that, this same starter will fit pretty much any Chrysler engine in the 60's and 70's to include; 170, 198, 225, 273, 318, 360, 383, 400, 426 Hemi, and the 440. About the only exception are the industrial/large truck engines like the 413 and others not found in cars/light trucks/vans.
