Original Econoline seats

How do you tell if the seats in your 48 year old Econoline are the stock seats that it came with? I have a 1963 pickup and I think I want to keep the original seats, but only if they are the original type. Does anyone have specs or pics of these seats? Any help will certainly be appreciated.

Sorry this is the only pic I have of my originals.. This is a 61 the later models, 65-67 were similar but had more of a recline to them..
