Still in the moving/ semi-post moving stage and won't get to her until everything is in its place in the new house. And I'm still a bit lost on the VA payment and how it effects my retirement pay so going to bank it for now in my "Van Only" account until a couple of months go by and I get a better understanding of my new monthly payments will be. But yes, this check is already earmarked for completing the van.
And as far as paint. Decided I will go for something like this:
And with BILLS66's on the road I have to do something soon. Dang his looks nice.....

Re: What are you up to?
Took this Friday off from work and fired up the old 250 inline 6 up for the first time in some months. Pleased to say if kicked right in and ran good. I'll try and keep this new battery alive as I get the final touches done so I can actually get the old beast back on the highway.
A few photos of the "Texture Coat" epoxy I have splattered on.

Re: What are you up to?
went to the garage tonite and decided to get the truck out. after an hour of moving stuff and trying to give myself a hernia had it out and dusted off. so just for fun i hooked the battery up and pumped the throttle a couple times and lo and behold it fired right up. didn't have to boost it or charge the battery at all. it sat in the battery box all winter and still had enough to start it right up. now as soon as i can make a new front carpet for it and a few other things ROAD TRIP.
