Sparky, I "think" Joe(Digs) has a 1st gen Deluxe sportvan steering wheel on his van?? As I remember Gotavan Dan welded it up for him??

That trim ring is so retro looking! But they are notorious for breaking. I heard this one was cracked and broke off soon after the guy bought the van. I like the look a lot but I think I'd find it in my way. When I drive I like to hold the wheel on the two "spokes". Plus, my first panel van had the simple horn button so that look has emotional value to me.
Also note that the steering wheel on Deluxes was painted two tone to match the paint job. The top and bottom quadrants match the accent color.

Is there an aftermarket option for these, or were they used on other GMs?
