Not sure why it wouldn't list a second gen chevy van......literally ANY grant adapter for a chevy will fasten the wheel onto the splines and would include the bell and horn buttom needed to make it look like a finished install..... There might be differences in the horn ring scheme and the TS cancel ring...…
Just buy the kit at a store that will let you return it..... I'd guess that it's the same as a first gen because the columns are the same...
