Hello...I hope the pic I attached works......this old dog does not take to new tricks all that fast. At any rate, my name is Dave, and I just got this '67 in April. Has a 225 and a three speed......going to go V8, but undecided on what tranny to do with...thinking maybe the three speed. I have lurked here for a month or so, and everyone seems great. I had a '65 Sportsman back in '77, and it was always a blast cruising around with the 8-track cranked or yappin' on the CB. Anyways, I guess I am trying to capture a little of that youth and enthusiasm from those days. Looking for a few bits and pieces, and some V8 mounts for sure. What a Face I am not on the computer a whole bunch, but this site is a destination for sure........

That does look like a nice one. I have a 68 window with a 318 and 3 speed. Runs great has a bad body so would make a good donor van for yours. Don

If you use the "Image" button and paste the picture location in, it will wrap it with HTML tags so the picture shows.
Like this without the spaces between the tags and the address. The tags also have spaces so you can see them.

I am not so smart with computers, but I am learning......give me an engine or a carb any day........the yellow paint was rollered on, but from 10 feet away, it is presentable.....the only rust on the van is a few pin holes on the drivers floor....should be an easy fix......pittsdriver....can you send a few pics of your rusty van? It sounds interesting.......it may have a few trinkets I will be needing besides the V8 stuff.

Look in the A Vans For Sale / 66 panel and 68 Sportsman There is a link to pictures. I just bought a 67 8 door 318/auto so no longer need the 68 Sportsman for an engine donor. It has lots of good parts. Don

    Hey Don

Where did you get your 8 door from? I have a buddy that lives in Boise that had an 66 8 door but his has a 6 in it.

It was right here in the Twin Falls area. Has been in this area since new. I think your friend had that 8 door on Craigs list a couple months ago. Don
