by I was wondering what to use for Body seam sealer or filler for under the undercarriage of the Van ???? in the wheel wells etc !! Thanks .......

Use some sort of flexible sealer , body filler will crack on seams and let moisture in (well it will in England !) make sure the sealer is ok for painting over ,
