I got several pm's on the power brake setup asking for information and a how to. I am not great at doing how to's, would rather be building something with my hands but I hope this gives a bit of information and answers a few questions. Feel free to pm me if you need clarification on something or more information.
This is a very easy modification to do, the Econolines have a lot of room for this but there are a few areas that required trimming up and a few easy fabrications to get it in there. Again, I hope these pictures help you out.
As I am running drums in the rear and disc's up front I will be adding a adjustable proportioning valve to the rear brakes as well as a 10 # residual valve. Up front to the disc's I will run a 2 # residual valve. These parts are ordered, I am just waiting for them to arrive.
Also as my motor is whacky and does not run a lot of vacuum I will also be running a Vacuum canister or maybe even a vacuum pump.
Never ever ever forget about your brakes, do what you want to your Econolines (or other earlies) but ALWAYS upgrade or renew your brakes!

I hope this all makes sense, pm or email me if you need anything else.
