    Ok I am needing opinions:

I have purchased, two sets of sun visors for my 1967 Custom Sportsman. So far, I can't get any of them to fit. Any suggestion?

I can't get the mounting bracket and the post that goes into the hole to line up.

I have an issue with my visors on my PU. The passangers does not want to swing up and dwon easlily. Not sure what is binding up in it. The treads are startting to come apart on it, so was looking at just opening it up and taking a lood but not sure if I can hand sew it back together and it look decent. Any one ever done this before or know why it would be binding up?

i had this problem. The visor was frozen. the fabric bonds to the metel on the visor. what i did was force the visor to move being careful i dont break anything. once the visor moves i took them off the van and sparyed WD40 through the middle where it is mounted on the shaft. once the wd 40 was through just work them back and forth. this seemed to work fine for my visors. to this day they still move like they were new

Hey thanks. will give it a shot. Mine moves, down seems to be easy but up is very difficult. It almost feels like something is bent or binding as you try and revolve it up. Will see what the WD40 does to it. As you can see, I need to either try and hand sew them back together or see if a shoe shop can sew them for me.
