Looking good. If you have detailed shots of your rear fan and doghouse and what you did to cover the hole in the back Id like to see them.

Rear fan
What size and kind of fan did you run? I was getting ready to buy a fan for the rear of mine this week. What size fans do you have on the front of your radiator also? I am running a 460 just trying to get all the problems worked out. If you have pics of both fan setups that would be great. Thanks

Re: 1963 Black Econ Pick Up
After much experimenting this is how I got my engine, a Ford 302 approx. 400hp, to stay cool.
The fans are a pusher in front of the radiator and a puller in rear of dog house / rear wall of truck. I used some metal I found in the plumbing
section of home depot for a shroud.
The dog house is custom made. I made a "air vent" from the grill to the radiator which I could not get in the pictures. The entire dog house, floor, lid and walls were covered with dynamat. The rear fan is on a switch the front is on a thermostat which turns on at 190 and brings it down to 180.
I tried different thermostats but none worked, I ended up using a washer type thing that is used in race cars, found it in summit book.
It looks like a big washer that lets the water flow but restrict's it a little. Last was I used "heavy water" along with antifreeze
I also run the belly pan, which is off in the pictures.. I don't remember the exact fans I used
but summit has what you will need.
The truck runs at 180 all day...

Re: 1963 Black Econ Pick Up
We, 35 friends rented the track (Atco NJ) for one day. Towed the truck 3 hours at 5am then waited 5 hours for the rain to stop before they called it off. Weather man said just passing stray showers and he was wrong again..sucked.
