[quote="donivan65"]Here are 2 videos from the Good Guys Car Show on April 2, 2011 in Del Mar, California.
That yellow Chevelle in the background in picture #20 looks like the one Desert Valley restored on their last show. Some guy from Long Beach bought it. What's with all the COE trucks. Guess their getting popular again. May have to drag mine out and get it running again.

Been busy defending the high frontier so you can sleep safely at night.
It's only 6 vans. The other 8 are parts vans so they don't count.
Maybe some day I'll be able to hire a retired mechanic looking to make some gas money for his annual trek to the homeland.
Here's hoping for a government shutdown Friday so I can make Econowest Saturday.

Hey, an old Taylor Aerocar. Love to have one of those but I've got enough projects already that aren't getting done. With that Atlas rocket in the background it looks like Gillespie Field. Is that Aerocar airworthy or a static display?
Not going to make Econowest. This payload is a national security asset so we'll be working the weekend getting ready for Tuesdays night launch irregardless of a government shutdown.

Went to our first show of the year. It was a good turn out but miserable weather. We had a big storm front come thru here Thursday and Friday and it had a big cold front on it's tail. Saturday started out raining and 60 degrees and ended up cloudy, windy, and 47. Still a good show and I saw some really nice stuff. About 350 cars. That's our biggest show of the area. This show has had over 500 so it was down quite a bit. As usual, I was the only Early there.
Always loved those big Pontiacs. A very nice 64 Ventura.
This one's for nightmoves. Sweet 60 Elco.
This one was very nice. Got it pinstriped while at the show.
Duane in Tennessee.
