I want to lower my 67 econoline and I need help. I saw a van that is/was owned by Ken Hopcraft ( 67 8 door white) and I really like how it sits. Does anyone know him or can anyone give me some advise as how to lower van about 2-3 " I have 17x8 rear tubo thrustII on the rear and 17x7 on the front. This will be a daily driver so it need to be comfortable and lasting. Also now would be a great time for new leaf spring as it is disassebled at the media balster. If it matters I'm putting in a 9" rear automatic 302. Thanks, Kevin

I had 17s on the front of my 66 Econo "Vanishing Breed" and had to re-arch the springs and add two more. I had 18" low profiles on the rear and had to do the same thing.
