    some fit under the rubber gasket and some use 2 sided tape

    Chris is right. In the pic their just sitting there but when I took the rear windows out I trimmed the edges to be a 1/4" smaller than the window glass so when I put the new seals in I will install them with the glass so they won't ever just fall off.

    Sounds good. The passenger side gasket on the van looks to have been installed backwards, so I've got to change them out any way.
