I looked at swapping mine. Huge job. Spot welds along the windshield pinch, down both sides and the braces underneath.

Re: A100 Dash board removal.
I'm working on removing the nose skin and have drilled out about 100 spot welds so far. Looks like I have to remove the floor pan also so I can get to the spot welds for the turn signal housings, then I can see where the rest of the welds are for the dash. What is wrong with your dash?? If it is something small I would recommend welding in a patch versus trying to replace the whole thing.

Re: A100 Dash board removal.
The dash in the 67 ha been altered to accept a couple of different radios, and one of the corners for the glove box is cracked. The dash in the 68 doner van is in very good condition. I may try to remove the good dash just for the experience. The doner van will be going to the crusher after all parts are removed. Thanks for your info.

Would some patch panel work help out? Those dash's are welded solid to the trucks. I wanted to pull mine until I found that out

Re: A100 Dash board removal.
I have to patch the one in my '68 where someone cut out part of the speaker area for a radio. Way to many spot welds to switch the dash and you would have to weld it in anyway.
