I like the 4 design the best, it keeps to xjamesxs artwork better.

BajaCharlie the problem with having only one make on each shirt is cost I'm sure. Just won't sell enough of each to pay for layout , plus the extra stock per shirt. The true idea to this is to make money for the site. We here are Vintage Vans and they should all be together

I ve had shirts printed for my restaurant in several colors. The only thing to watch is that no colors in the logo conflict with the shirt color. Price wasnt affected at all, I just ordered several of each color with my logo on it. Count me in for an orange one in honor of the Great Pumpkin and Chebby's school colors:-) I'm game for a neon green one too. I like bright! Seperate logos for each type vehicle will drive the shirt price up. It costs more for setup of the initial image by the printer. Then they get cheaper by quantity ordered.

I like both the last two designs. I like that the Vans are a little bigger when there is only 3. However I understand wanting all four styles.

I will say again that I think the "dot com" is good, might even direct some new people to the site.

I also love the orange (or any of the brighter colors), I also do the harley thing and have more black shirts than I know what to do with.

".com" does not have to be in a matching font, or even remotely close to the same scale as "VintAGE-Vans"... more like "fine print"... big enough to market the website, small enough to not dominate the image.

I think as far as the layout goes (3 or 4 vans, license plates, colors), you may be at the point where you have to make some proofs to scale and decide from there... printed out on paper with different backgrounds, see how all the details appear, and determine which elements and / or layout works best. Then we'll all be ready to buy some! I'm willing to bet that everybody will like the end result no matter what direction you go.

I hope that you can test it with background colors that people tend to feel comfortable wearing that color t-shirt (black, grey, white, dark blue, royal blue... more basic colors), as well as the bright colors you are exploring. I love wearing bright colors, but sometimes I just like a comfy color that allows me to blend in.

The 4 vans design looks good - my only suggestion is to replace one Chevy emblem on either 1st or 2nd gen for "GMC" emblem. After all, there ARE both Chevy and GMC vans sold in the USA in their days, eh?

I believe it will make the design a bit better and I'm sure some people might see the point. As for the colors ... I like orange and also like black, blue or olive too.

I still say that to do the poll survey (!) - the designs, the colors and the title in sizes WILL give you good feedback and we'll all know more better before going for the final decision and place order for XX numbers of shirts. That will keep the Vintage Vans site budget in control and get the most profits to keep the site running!

I like all the designs that have been thrown out for discussion !!!!!!!! My only suggestion is to put the large design on the back and maybe a small version on the front or pocket, like was done on the first round of shirts. I just don't like a shirt with the design on the front and nothing on the back.

Well, my week off flew by and I did not do any drawing... Crying or Very sad

I didn't even get much work done on my van. I've got the image blown up and ready to work on. Next week I'm flying to Minnesota to see the family. I'll bring it along but I doubt I'll have time for drawing there. We'll see...
