Re: engine cradel
A few things I see that are constructive criticism....
Mopar starters bolt to the bellhousing area. Unless you set it up with a flywheel and man trans bellhousing or a flexplate, torque converter and A/T, you won't be able to start it.
That's a lot of weight pretty high in the air, add the torque reaction when you rev it and it's an accident waiting to happen. Have the motor lower or the base wider.
You will want a cooling system (radiator, belts and fan) for any length of running time. Making it to be easily removable is a good thing. You also want a control panel with oil pressure and coolant temp gauges. Having the ignition and start switches there too makes it handy.
Leaving room for some exhaust system is a good idea.
You also want to consider a gas tank and a battery in the design.
Fancy ones break down or fold up to take up less space.

I've fired up a 460 V8 sitting on the floor with nothing more than a battery, jumper cables and a 2 gallon gas tank and hose. It was fun to watch the flames out of the manifolds, and have it dance across the floor when you reved it, but if you are going to spend the time to build a stand, you can do better!
