    I am working on my interior on my 1966 G10 Sportvan. I am looking to build a shelf above the windshield to put some gauges, radio and some other goodies. Does anyone have any experience buliding these?? If you have any pics.. they will help alot.

    Overheads look great in early's. Just getting the curve right is a little tricky

    1966G10 , Don't have one right now, but I'm going to put one in my 64. That won't be till this summer. If gp70 sees this he built a cool one for us 70 GMC

    I really like what I came up with as far as my overhead console. Seemed like it to to long to get it finished but the end result was worth it. Not sure if this is the style of overhead shelf your looking for or not. but these 2 links show most of the work I did and might give you an idea or 2 for your own design.
