Woodward Cruise (in Michigan)

It's time! I've already cruised Woodward a couple times and can't believe the amount of cars (only van so far) and spectators. I have plans on going every evening next week, weather permitting, and of course all day Saturday. I will be at my friends' business called Woodward Auto which is just south of Pontiac on the west side of Woodward. I plan on cruising but ususally don't get south or Maple (15 Mile Rd.) due to the traffic jam. I am not opposed to taking alternate routes to meet up with other vanners. So who's going and where will you be?

The official Woodward Cruise date is Saturday, August 15th.

nope, the camo van water pump won't be here in time, and I think we are going to be closing part of the southfield freeway from 8 mile to M-10 to fix it. I'll give you guys an update on where we are working so you can avoid it. Anyone heard if Mike is bringing the Fargo and where he might be set up?? If we are not working I might bring Matt out pontiac way to see the cars.

Sorry guy's won't be able to make it this year

I know the feeling g-man... Went to work last night and jack hammered 5 yards out of the black water bridge in Port Huron and didn't get home until 10:30am today after pulling all the barrels off the road and opening things back up. Get to work on the van and pickup tomorrrow instead of going cruising. Maybe a short trip up to baker's next sunday for some down time and drool over the shiny cars.
