Rear Passenger Door

Recently bought a new 67 van. Apparently the rear passenger side door was involved in... something, and needed to be replaced. The replacement on there now is nothing better than a rust rectangle to keep the wind out.

Does anybody have a source for a rear passenger side door in decent condition? Preferably with window. Doesn't need to have the glass, but at least the hole.
