Re: Issues with door alignment
IMO it looks like your lower hinge might have taken a hard hit. Pull the door and see if it is bent backwards, instead of being square to the frame.

Re: Issues with door alignment
I think the top hinge is actually bent, the original door is bent at the top, looks like someone ripped the mirror off the hard way. The top hinge looks a bit weird compared to the other side, it's bent and it's very subtle. What do you suggest I do to bend it out?
I had 2 ideas, one is to put a jack braced on the other side and try to push that part forward, the other is to fab a metal part with the same holes as the hinge and simply try to push it forward with a lever.

I have the same problem on both doors, where can you get the replacement hinge pins? THANKS, Hud

Re: Issues with door alignment
I think the best bet on the hinges would be to remove them from the door, put the pieces in a vice and go at them with a BFH to get them in line. On the door side, they are held by rivets, but you can drill those out and replace them with nut/bolt combos.
You can buy standard and oversized pins at Mac's, here.
I reused my original pins and inserted steel shims to take up the slack. I found the shims at my local Ace. It was fairly simple to drill out the holes in the hinges to accept the shims.

Re: Issues with door alignment
Measured the drivers and passengers door, the difference between the front and back are different by 1/4 inch. From the top hinge to the back of the door (above the latch receiver) is 41 1/4 and the other was 41 1/2. I put a screw jack on it and widened it but it's still crooked!
