Need a Passenger Side Door for 1962 E100

I'm doing a major repaint and update on my 1962 E100 pickup and after dipping the right front passenger door, I found some major and poorly done repairs. It would be a ton of work to fix it right and even then it might never hang right.

I found a door (Grade A) that would be $775 shipped to Chicago.

Is that a good deal? Does anyone have a mostly rust-free door available?

No that's pretty darn high for a used door. I'm sure someone can beat that price on a good used one. How was it being shipped and at what cost?
