Hy~Rollin Vans & Cruisers Van Show September 5th

Just droping a line that Hy~Rolling Vans & Cruisers will be hosting there annual van show. It will be held the day before Taz'z Vintage Van Fest. All vans are welcome to both evants. There are plenty of spots to spend a night or two. We have lots of fun at both shows. There are seperate Trophies & Dash plaques for both shows!

Anyone going??

Well, all those stars and moons must be in lining up in perfect alignment. My wife said she will actually ride in my scary van to Taz's place on Sunday, (provided I let her buy a reasonably priced purse).

I'll probably be going solo to the Saturday gathering. Really looking forward to meeting Chris and everyone else. Just wish I had done more to my van since last year.

This was a cool show. It was held at a Bar called Criusers and the bartender made a great bloodly mary (also too good)

He had to loose the wiper motor, but hey, that's what they make RainX for, right?

So, a whole bunch of us are sitting/standing in a circle BS'n about battery boxes, burnouts, and such, and I notice a dude in the parking lot next door being searched while cuffed! Like watching a live episode of COPS 10-20 feet away. Several squads there and neither I nor anyone else noticed what was going on right in front of us.
Are we 'Van Nerds' or what?

Should have grabbed the camera. Next year, I'm going directly to video.

Btw - that stupid looking Green/White/Primer van won 2nd place DODGE! Just like someone once told me a long time ago - 80% of life is just being where supposed to be when your supposed to be there.
