I am getting close to putting in the plywood sub floor. I laid down a 4 x 8 sheet of 3/4" plywood from the rear door edge and up through wheel wells just short of dog house. I noticed the plywood does not sit flat in a few places.

When glueing plywood have people put weight of some kind to get a good contact? I am not sure I want to screw it down putting more holes in floor. Would putting 1"x2" wood strips. Width ways along the floor help to screw plywood to?. Less screws through floor ( or glue strips down) and would give an air gap to help with moisture reduction?

In V-V search "Topics", search "floor", and will get hits such as "seal the metal floor before laying the hardwood?", "working on a wood floor now", "installing a wood floor"
