    Hello all,
Totally new to the van scene but have been a admirer for years. I've got a love for most everything on wheels but mostly have an obsession with Model A's.

While down in Wildwood this past October at the Race of Gentlemen I got into a conversation with a new friend about his 67 Econoline and his desire to let her go as he had a lot on his plate and didn't see himself having the time to really do anything with the ole' girl.
I didn't really give it much thought then but having gone over hi brother's hoiuse many times, that's where the van has lived for the past year, she kinda struck a cord with me.
It also didn't hurt that 1967 was the year I was born also, so we kinda had a kindred spirit thing going on.
Long story kinda short, here she is, my 1967 Supervan with surprisingly little rust both on top and underneath.

She's got an automatic trans with the 240cid I6. All brakes, master and lines have been replaced and a fresh oil change tranny fluid change and carb rebuild.
I recently purchased a sweet rear seat from an old Astro van that folds flat and am throwing an old rubber mat from one of my pickups to line the floor.
An old Pioneer CD player with some speakers and an Ipod hookup are going in soon.

The rear corner quarters which seems to be the hardest hit by rot are being addressed too and a sanding and repaint in the spring are on the menu.

She's also got the quick release passenger front seat so you can carry longer objects which I thought was pretty cool.

The old steel wheels along with center caps also came with the little bugger!

Hope you like her as much as I do Very Happy

Just a little help with the pic posting, if you select the 640 size the forum won't chop the pic's off.

I was also at the Race of the Gentleman this year. Coolest event in the world if you ask me. Anyway Let me know if you need anything as far as parts go, I am building a 64 right now and have a parts van with extra parts on top of that. There are few other guys on here also from jersey that can also help out. you can PM your cell and we can talk if you want. Thanks Brett

Well thanks so much for all the warm welcomes guys,i really appreciate it.

My plans as of right now are to get all the mechanical & minimal rust/rot issues taken care of, clean her up and drive the hell out of her for a while.

I'm hoping in the spring to get the body sanded and prepped and try my hand at giving her a fresh coat of the deep blue she's wearing now, along with a white top.

I'm just looking to have a nice clean van I can use to have a little fun with, nothing too crazy or $ consuming.
I got my QQ plates yesterday so i'm ready to roll!

As far as parts i need, there's really not much.Maybe a rear bumper that's in good shape?

Nice van! That should clean up real nice. I really like the display Supervan. I have a set of driver quality from head light trim if they butchered yours adding those reflector / lights. $20 for the set. I also have front and rear bumper brackets, although I prefer the look of no bumpers myself.

Thanks a lot Bill, i'm thinking she'll look better after a nice bath, too Very Happy .

I've already purchased a nos set of head light trim off Ebay just in case the others aren't up to snuff after taking those hideous markers off, thanks.
I haven't had much time to dig into the ole' girl yet but i'm hoping to get her on the road within the next few weeks.
