The bag is not original. Econolines used a plastic bottle mounted on the passenger side. Later electric pump ones had the bottle under the driver's seat. They(NOS ones) pop up on ebay every once in a while.

I have an extra foot pump with a good bag in it.
I also have the correct bottle that holds the washer fluid that bolts to the doghouse at the driver's seat. Email me if you want it.
