Years ago, probably mid 80's Popular Science did a pop out conversion pretty similar--sans the thing on the roof. I don't think those aftermarket things really ever had good water seals. Pretty much the sticky point for most such things. Prob great in the SW but here on the Right Coast water is an enemy. Cool pic tho. TY!
