Sorry, I don't have a source but if you have the brackets already the straps aren't a big deal, anyone who can sew nylon straps can make them (upholstery shop etc).

i found mine on ebay, you might check on there, first i bought some for a jeep but they were to short, dont want you to make the same mistake, mine are from a ford van, they let the doors open about 90 degree

Yeah, I bought the Jeep ones already. D'oh! I'm trying to avoid the three day process of tracking down 1.5" webbing, then finding someone to sew it...

You can find all sorts of straps at an auto recycler's yard. Many different lengths. I even picked up a pair of metal ones that have a spring to hold the door open. I am thinking of installing them on my front doors.

Re: Front Door Straps
Nine are made out of seat belts... Which is kind of funny as I don't have any seatbelts in the van...

^^ Speaks Truth^^
I was thinking about modifying mine by grommeting one end and putting a bolt through it. I removed the driver side when I wired the thing.

Re: Front Door Straps
A short 2X4 fits perfectly between the door and the pillar, holds the door from opening further and keeps it from slamming on your leg. Make sure you mark it with "Dodge Door Tool Only", for it also works on early Econolines and VW Buses, don't want it to grow legs and end up in another type of vehicle. Plus if you get stranded in the wilderness during a snow storm it will make plenty of kindling for a fire.

You can purchase the webbing material at any fabric artzy fartzy store, which is what I did.

Re: Front Door Straps
When at the auto recycler's, most of the fabric door straps I saw on the rear doors of newer vans have a removable pin so the doors can be opened all the way. Simple "pull out, press back in" operation. The metal bracket attaches to the door frame and has two loops that go over and under the fabric loop. Kind of similar to the way the pins hold the seats in the Dodge A100 vans, only no spring loaded ball, just a metal pin with a kink on the end.
