EBay has a listing with 5 asstd. Bumpers for $300. Just search on 65 Ford econoline bumpers.

Considering the number of us trying to put and keep Econolines on the road, it is no suprise. Keep looking and you might be lucky enough to not pay a premium for one. You will find what you are looking for. If you find an extra send me a PM! pirat

In calf. they are only eating lunch, so maybe calm down and give it a few days 2,300 members don't all drive a econoline. If you needed mopar parts i could point you in a good direction but I can't help ya with the blue ovel parts Try posting it under E parts wanted. and try finding some people who finished their build then ask them where they got their bumper,, hope that helps ya. Oh by the way your mail man should have been there 3 min ago where the hell is he at.????

mine was painted G-man it's in rough shape looks like someone hooked a chain to it one or two times and bent it all out of shape. a good body man could fix it i'm sure but a good bumper would be cheaper i think. yea these suckers are not real easy to find been searching junk yards in driving distance for over a month now. thanks bro.  joe c

I got my Bumpers from Bumper Boyz in CA, can't hurt to call to see if they can get one that already redone. My guess would be 300-350 each all replated looking like new

Get out your hammer and go to town, you just might be suprized with what you end up with. If nothing else, you can pound out your frustrations. Either way you win.

Good straight Econo bumpers are hard to come by. 65-67 are a little easier than 61-64's I've been looking for a nice rear for my 61 for ten years and and haven't found one yet. In fact I'm running a 65 rear on the front of my 61 right now because it's the straightest one I had. I don't let bumpers go because they are not making new ones and I don't have enough for the Econo's I have here now. I used to find Econo's all the time but all my sources have dried up. They are going quick.

I wouldn't try beating on a bent one with a hammer. You can do more damage. The 65-67 bumpers are really thick. A hammer won't move one. I've done some straightening on a press. It's best left to the pros.

Good luck with your search. I wish I had a stack of them here and could help everyone.

I agree with Duane. If you plan on ever chroming the bumper DO NOT beat on it with a hammer. Some of the good chrome places have presses that do the work much better. A hammer will just wind up creating a ton of tinny dings. Don't ask me how I know this,ahem.........

It took me over a year to find one, and I sill had to replace metal on it.

He's a old friend mine and i just hated to ask because he really don't do small stuff like that but he did and did one hell of good job.So i went up there yesterday and did all the sanding and primed it my self with all he's stuff. He said you don't owe me nothing just like i knew he would so i slipped in he's office put a thank you note and and $100.00 bill on he's desk. The bumper came out great in spite of my help. joe c

Hi . What's wrong with you guys ???????????? Stop kidding yourself . You don't know how to work on Econolines . There a rare bread . They will mess with your mind. You will  loose sleep over them and have you sitting in the bath room thing what will happen next to you baby . Join the Groups . Do it right the first time .
Ticks me off when I see something go wrong when they don't ask or sell it because they can't find parts . The local Ford dealer had a guys pickup in the shop 2 months because they can't find a steering box . Heck I have 6 . The guy put a for sale sign it it .
