The Gov is in Quartzsite on his yearly trek to a week long auto swap meet. I think he'll be back this week-end unless he gets distracted by more fun and frolick. Smile

I just try to get as much fun time as I can,,,,,seeing places, finding Earlys, and helping people. Sooner or later you realize that time is passing you by and you better grab all you can before it's too late.........

It's a Swap Meet about ZERO Early Vans and Pick ups,,,,,no one even noticed my Vintage-Vans T shirt. But, each January, they have a Swap Meet , a Rock and Gem Show, an RV show and a car show, each for a week at the Fairgrounds. I just like the 2000 tents they set up to sell stuff,,,,,,I like stuff,,,,digging through old crates that people bring from all over the country, and world, to sell here. People clean out their garages back East and sell it here. And I really like it when they bring an old Auto Parts Store inventory,,,, So most people come here in an RV to escape the Winter weather,,,,,and leave when the heat starts coming. I like it because I bring my motorhome and motorcycle, find a cactus out in the Desert to park under, then do the swap meets and cruise my cycle out in the Desert, away from civilization, trying to imagine being a cowboy,,,,,,
