Stoopid, you put a GM master cylinder in your A, correct? Did it just bolt right in and you simply made the cover access hole longer? Any proportion valve for the rear drums?

I should rephrase what I ment earlier...You don't have to have a booster, "I" just like to have power brakes is what I meant to say. But I'm sure if disc brakes were available in the 60's All makers of these vans probably would have used them. I believe this is by far the best upgrade we can do for these old girls. If I could put an ABS system in I probably would do that to. But $$$$$$ says I have to leave it stock for now. Happy Vanning.

No, i used a 71 b100 van (non power) I had to cut the sheet metal to clear because the new one was longer. I need to make the access hole longer, i have not done that yet. I can get to it but it's a pain.

I have the early rear hose on mine and I know AutoZone can not get it, as I work there. From what I can tell the later hose is slightly shorter and is held to the body in, similar to the fronts with a clip. The early hose has external threads and a nut on the frame end for retaining it.
