MOLD...Don't do it...lol. Keep the dog house solid on floor with a seal and butt the carpet to the inside. Water splashing up over time will soak the carpet and and under lay and it will travel underneath to the rest of the carpet around the dog house. Then it starts to stink

Re: dog box seal
So has anyone found a good doghouse to floor replacement seal ? something from a production vehicle (junkyard source) like the lid seal ?
I'm using flat sponge seal right now. but sure would like to find something better.

Re: dog box seal
I got the door seal off of a 2000 blazer today. to use as a seal for my dodge a100 doghouse hood seal . fits great. A bit tight to close. But I'm sure it will get better.
