For sure the bellypan and the 2 wings,,,,,HOWEVER,,,,,if you have the plain SportVan, SportVan Custom or SportVan Deluxe, you might not have had a swaybar,,,,do you have the Link brackets for it bolted to the U bolts?

Thanks for the feedback I guess I'll have to put that on my top 10 list as I don't have any of those items not even the brackets or link pins

Now that's the tricky part its a short wheelbase all window with the little step that opens when you open the doors I have no badges that are supposed to be over the little slant windows before the pass and drivers door any other way to determine?

A fold out step might get you to at least a SportVan Custom,,,,does it have chrome strips all around it? The badge should be right below the triangle windows,,,is there holes for it? and it is not green and white is it? [

Then you are getting closer to finding out what you got,,,,,,there are some panel vans with that body on it,,,,but without any of the fancy goodies that a SportVan has,,,,I call them Shevy Vans,,,,GMC has a version of the SportVan,,,,they call it a Handi-Bus,,,,,,,,
