Hello All,
Recently re-discovered this excellent site, just thought I'd introduce myself and show a pic or two of my van. It's a 67 Panel that's spent it's entire life in South Carolina. I am the thrid owner, original paint, and even have the certicard and the first owners insurance card from day one, among other paperwork. Very minimal pinhole rust just starting on the parts of the body (from sand build-up and drain holes being plugged up) I've had it for about eight years now, have rebuilt, repaired, or modified much. I've rebuilt the 225 slant and 727 trans for performance (Erson cam, oversize stainless valves, porting, 2 barrel conversion, custom ram air setup, exhaust, etc) added some seats from an 85 Charger, and period correct Keystone's. Am currently fitting an FSR aluminum radiator to finally ditch the poor performing recored original that keeps blowing the tank seams, and the hot highway running temps. After that it's kingpins and steering box, along with bushings etc. Hope to be another useful contributor to the forum. Lorin
