Hey, the seals on my drag link finally gave out after 46 years, and before I noticed the balls in the joints wore flat spots and now it's useless...right? My question is this; can I buy replacement joints, and if not where can I buy a new Drag link? Preferably not one that costs $250.00

Re: Drag Link Question
apparently, rare parts is making a "display" model . not intended for actual real world use. it is indeed a TWO part piece. carelessly assembled. I have seen it. and I wouldn't trust it ANYWHERE! im going to make one, between moog, and TRW im sure to get comparable ends. from there its careful welding/alignment. once I get one fabbed up. and it works right. I may sell them. ill keep you all posted.oo3 wrote:that one from rare parts did not get a good review from one of the guys over at yahoo a100 forum -however maybe others have a different opinion ? - just went thru this search - https://vintage-vans.forumotion.com/t26611-drag-link - found nos one on ebay - wish there was another answer - oo3
