    He put tons of work into it, then it up for sale. It appears to have been recently sold.

    Interesting read though.

    Yeah...I remember this van. He put about a gazillion hours and money into it.

    Wonder why he sold it???

    I know he had major overheating problems with it. He had also used a junk yard motor which gave him problems as I recall. I think he had another motor rebuilt for it.

    I did notice that there seems to be an opening above the radiator that may be recirculating hot air back into the radiator intake.

    Maybe he just got tired of looking at it after all the work he put into it. Maybe the challenge of building one of the coolest A was over. Maybe he saw Vanishing Breed, threw up his hands and said "I give up". Either way, it seems a shame to let that one go.

    Not sure why he saw the need for an expensive aluminum radiator. I have my stock copper/brass ones recored and have never had an overheating problem. I use the stock fan too.

    One thing that some of the A-van folks do, is add a tunnel up the radiator for better cooling, but some don't. Make sure you have the belly pan in place too!
