Hit a Deer.. :o(

Well, coming home from the club meeting Tuesday night about 9ish, a deer decided to jump a fence and right into my path... I don't even think I hit the brakes till it was all over... lol the road is narrow and deer infested so I wasn't going very fast but still... PLEASE give me a break!!! the adjuster came and took a look and give me a price of about $650 less my $100 deductible.. not too bad but still.... It was the only corner that I wasn't going to have to touch...

twisted the bumper a little and pushed in the nose panel below the headlight bezel about 2" and busted the park light lens... Oh well... fix it and go on...

But as far a deer strikes go, looks like you got off easy!!! Or maybe it's these dwarf size deer we have down here, not sure. Used to Michigan deer (Your car doesn't stand a chance) affraid

I had one run up onto the road and run beside me for about 30 feet when she reared up and kicked the side door of my van (01 Safari) what a be-och, then ran back into the ditch. Got off lucky there. Cus she was lookin right inside the passenger side window. Glad to see your OK and that your van came out not bad off.
