Not saying this is not something you could get at the dealer, but I have never heard someone ever say anything about these before

Back in the late 60's and the 70's in pennslyVANia flags and flairs were part of a state inspection. it was in a light guage steel box with a lid inside was 3 sets of self standing reflectors with a spring that held a orange /red plastic flag.i do not know if the factory supplyed them or not. If you bought the truck new and it was inspected as they would be then they had to be in the truck. G-Man I agree they maybe dealer supplyed.
