Weld looks good, the rubber insulator should tear apart before the weld.

Re: What do I do now?
yes you got it also the steel bracket that bolts to the engine and the mount should be lose. just to give you more movement and adjustment. getting the tranny all the way in is the tuffest thing but still not that bad . nice steering wheel you have there...

Re: What do I do now?
I hope you marked the flexplate and converter! They only bolt together one way.
One of the bolts is offset.
Here are the factory marks for alignment.

Re: What do I do now?
looks right.
Mounts behind the ears
Rubber insulators flat (there is a hole and bump that align)
Nuts to the inside
I hope you didn't crank on those too much. They are tight but not super tight.
Don't forget all the stuff that is routed through the holes in the radiator bulkhead/front doghouse section. Wiring harness, shifter linkage, speedo cable and the e brake cable all go through it.

perfect.... ok yeah I got alot ahead of me, easy part is done...now to the part I know nothing about... were all the vacume lines go. The motor didn't come with a carb so I think I will run the Holly 6210 for now.

Looks good! The vacuum lines can be confusing though.

Re: What do I do now?
Thank goodness mother mopar only put 4 holes in the flex plate since most of us don't know to mark them on removal. (Been there done that). Things are looking good klt.

Ported vacuum to the dist. Ported means it's in the venturi, not under the throttle blades. When running, it will only show vacuum at part throttle, not at idle. Manifold vacuum will have vacuum whenever the engine is running.
No vacuum to the trans (on a mopar, the kickdown or more correctly the throttle pressure linkage does it all), wipers (like old cars), brake booster (NA on the vans) or any other stuff.
If you have a heated air cleaner, it will be connected to manifold vacuum.
PCV will usually be a big port at the back or the carb or on the back of the intake.
