    Were they aftermarket jobs where the owners added lift kits and 4x4 drivelines or did they swap the bodies onto something else with a 4x4 chassis?

    I've only seen them in GMC/Chevy, did they come in A100's and E's?

    I've never seen a factory 4x4 early, and don't think there were companies that did take to them either. I know it was done to 3rd gen
