I, am looking for replacement steel wheels for my 1967 Dodge Sportsman. Are there multiple Dodge years and model vehicles that have wheels that would fit my 1967 Dodge Custom Sportsman?

the vans use the standard Mopar car pattern of 5 lug, 4.5 inch circle.
This is also used on many earlier Fords and Jeeps along with light dodge trucks.
Here is a big list, but this includes FWD vehicles with a different offset.

Wheels are available easily at yards or new.
