As for the rims...nobody can for sure say who makes them...but I know that I can't find center caps for them anywhere!

As for the paint...the second owner (who I bought it from) told me he re-painted it when he bought it 12ish years ago.
I was thinking about cutting and polishing it, but if I am keeping her, I am going to just re-paint her next spring.

I was in desperate need of newish tires, so those were what I found on short notice.
I'm going much larger (17 or 18's on the front and 20's on the rear) next spring.

So SIN BIN is now sold 
Since my whole life got turned upside down, I kinda had to sell her. The guy that bought her lives in Northern BC and owns a Dodge dealership...so I'm sure someone will see her around. I had a great time with her, even though it was a short time. The good thing that came out of it is that I know I am going to own another one in the not-to-distant future. I probably won't be back on the website for a while...but I will be back! Thanks to everyone for all the help and hospitality.
