Can someone tell me, what the original wheel size should be on a 1967 Dodge A100 Custom Sportsman? I want to put steal rims on the front and don't know what the size should be.

My understanding is it depended on the year but the stock for my year was 5.5 X 14 with the 6 X 15 optional (or standard on a heavy duty package).

I have never spotted 13's on one, but they were optional . You could pretty much order anything you wanted back then.

well I,ve had about 5 vans and they all had different size wheels.but you can run 15's or 14's I've done both.this pickup a 1963 had 3 of its original wheels which were 15's but I put later wheels off an 80's ram cause they were deeper.Wheel size 28210this is 14's on front from a 60's Dodge wagon 15's on the rear Wheel size 04310

My '66 had the original wheels and tires on it when I bought it. It has the heavy duty package, so the tires are 8.15 x 15 bias-ply.

According to my sales brochure, the non HD vans and trucks had 7.75x14 bias-ply tires.

there is a local guy selling a set that came out of a "ford mustang". but he wont give me the size or the price, he wants me to go and look at them, i just want to see how these look on our vans.
    thanks

I always liked those rims, I'd run them on my van if I had a set. I've got a set of 14x7 slots on mine and am either going to swap the rears for 15x9 slots or swap them all out for 15x7/15x9 chrome smoothies.
