Google street view

I have been sorting out the paperwork today in readiness for getting my van registered on the road in the UK. I came across a receipt with the previous owners details on it, and thought i would have a look at where my van used to live on google street view.....
It kind of freaked me out a bit when i zoomed in only to discover that my actual van, that has been in the UK for over 2 years, is parked on the driveway on google street view in America.
How cool is that. I even have a photo from the ebay ad that is almost the same as the google picture, you can even make out the log wedged under the back wheel.

Just thought i would share that with you. Also, my favourite guitarist is called Nuno Bettencourt, and the van lived on Bettencourt street....

I thought all you Brits were up in arms over privacy on google street view!

My old house still has my cars in the driveway 2+ years on, this new place only has street view on the main highway through town and terrible resolution sat images of the house...

The last PU I helped a friend with is in street view of the seller's place.

It's quite funny when you show people the clarity on there. My mum freaked out when i showed her how much of her house you could see on there....

Thats pretty cool Sy to see the neighborhood that your van lived in.
My addy has my old one of my old '64 Chevelles in drive,along with sis's vehicle.Rare moment,she only stays for about 15 mins at the time.Then poof,gone again.
