I have one for the rear door that I took off of skooby that's taking up space in my garage. I'm in Colorado at the moment, but when I get back to New Hampshire I'll snap a pic of it and post it here.

There easy enough to make. Some "U" channel and a tape measure, or if you want to get fancy you can fab it up out of round and flat stock with a crossbar to mount the tire on.

There are a couple of ways to do it,,,,bolt channel iron to each hinge and to the center of the rear door,,,,or a store bought like this one that clamps over each hinge that you probably can find on vans at the wrecking yard,,,,,or get a toy spare and mount it inside,,,,,,,
